TTA Company Benefits

25 PTO Days

Tour Manager
Role
 
The Tour Manager oversees the full experience of our clients from arrival to departure, ensuring that tours run smoothly and professionally.
 
Responsibilities
•Coordinate tour schedules and daily activities
•Manage tour guides, drivers, and logistics during trips
•Ensure excellent customer experience for all clients
•Handle unexpected issues during tours and resolve them quickly
•Communicate with the office team regarding tour updates
•Represent Travel Time Africa professionally at all times
 
Requirements
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel management
•Ability to work long hours during tours when required
•Organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
•Deep knowledge of Ghana’s tourism sites is a plus
 
Salary
 
GHS 1,500 – 2,000 per month.
Additional tour allowances may apply.

Role

Tour Guides are responsible for leading visitors through cultural, historical, and tourism sites while providing engaging and accurate information.
 
Responsibilities
•Lead groups at tourism sites and attractions
•Share historical and cultural knowledge with guests
•Ensure the safety and comfort of travelers
•Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude
•Support the tour manager when necessary
 
Requirements
•Strong storytelling and communication skills
•Knowledge of Ghana’s history, culture, and tourism destinations
•Friendly personality and professional conduct
•Ability to manage groups of travelers
•Previous guiding experience is an advantage
 
Salary
 
GHS 1,000 – 1,300 per month.
Additional tour allowances may apply.
Role
 
The HR Assistance will be responsible for building a strong team culture, managing employee performance, and supporting the growth of the organization.
 
Responsibilities
•Manage recruitment and hiring processes
•Help develop staff policies and performance systems
•Oversee employee welfare and workplace well-being
•Ensure compliance with employment regulations. 
•Monitor staff performance and development
•Maintain organized employee records
•Address workplace concerns and resolve employee conflicts professionally.
Support management in building a strong and motivated team.
 
Requirements
•Degree or experience in Human Resources or Business Administration
•Strong leadership and people management skills
•Ability to build systems and structure for a growing company
•High level of professionalism and confidentiality
 
Salary
 
GHS 1,500 – 2,000 per month

Role

The Intern supports the daily operations of Travel Time Africa, assisting in delivering smooth and memorable experiences for clients. This role provides hands-on experience in tourism and can be focused on Tour Guiding, Customer Service, or Administrative support.

Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating tour schedules and daily activities
• Support tour guides, drivers, and logistics during trips
• Help ensure a positive and professional customer experience
• Assist in handling client inquiries and basic concerns
• Provide administrative support to the office team
• Represent Travel Time Africa professionally at all times

Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in tourism, hospitality, or travel industry
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
• Organized, reliable, and a team player
• Basic knowledge of Ghana’s tourism sites is an advantage

Compensation

This is a volunteer / internship position (no salary).
However, interns will receive:
• Practical industry experience
• Training and mentorship
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance
• Certificate of completion
