They checked in, they laughed with us, they created space for us to just be ourselves. I left Ghana with more than pictures, I left with connections, memories, and a deeper sense of self. I have family in Ghana now, and will love and cherish them forever! My trip to Ghana (the mother land ) was an awesome experience from we were picked up from the airport by our wonderful Travel Team. (TRAVEL TIME AFRICA) These people made sure everything they did for us was top of the line. They were so loving, kind, and respectful towards us. We were entertained on every excursion that we had. Mordecai who is in change of the tour, is an exceptional Tour leader. If we had an issue with something he took care of it for us without any problems. Nii our tour guide is very knowledgeable about the history of Ghana. The video graphers is out of this world. One of the best we could not have had any better photographers and videographers. They have great vibes they sing and danced with us. I am going to miss them so much. The two wonderful ladies were amazing they took care of our meals and made sure that whatever we ordered was excellent They were so pleasant. Everytime you see them with a smile they called us by name and inquired if we were ok. Our bus driver Jacob is the best there is in Ghana. This young man always had a smile and he is an excellent driver. He is "Little but talliwa" as we say in Jamaica. I just love him. So much to say about Travel time Africa that i could write a book about my experience with everyone. I love them and will miss them very much. I am so sorry that we have to return to our homes. My first trip to the motherland was an awesome experience. From we landed we were given the utmost respect. The kindness and generosity of the team was beyond words. Ne our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the culture food political makeup customs and was able to relay to us, so we could understand and conduct ourselves wisely and not insult anyone unintentionally. Mordecai who arrange food and hotel arrangements was intentional about every derail. Fiddy and Venessah are too remarkable young ladies. Livingstone, this young man never left my side during the tour of the forest. My walk across swing bridges , was scary, but he stayed with me and encouraged step by step. The camera crew, what a fine set of young men, we could not have asked for a better team of people gor this trip. I will always remember their kindness. The tours to Cape Coast and Elmina Castle were especially powerful and unforgettable, rich with history and meaning. We also loved the natural beauty of the waterfalls and the peaceful scenery at Aburi Botanical Gardens. On top of all that, we experienced amazing restaurants and vibrant nightlife, with even more to look forward to, like visiting Makola Market. It was a 9 day trip and honestly , we wish we were staying longer! If you’re planning a trip to Ghana or any of the other countries they serve, I highly recommend Travel Time Africa Tours. I had an absolutely amazing time with Travel Time Africa! This was my first time in Ghana and my first time on the African continent, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Anytime a situation came up with locals, his team stepped in and acted as a great middleman, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Of course, adjusting to some Ghanaian cultural differences (like punctuality) takes a little getting used to, but that has absolutely nothing to do with Travel Time Africa. What a great experience! I did a six night tour with travel time Africa and it was such an amazing experience. They did such a good job balancing experiencing local culture along with making sure everybody was comfortable and had all of the amenities. They were always on time, even early, which is so important when you’re traveling so you don’t feel like you’re missing out. They’re extremely patient with the people in our group who are sometimes late. And they were able to pivot when something went wrong, which was rare, but it happens. This was my first time actually using a tour company and I’ve been a solo traveler for 15 years! Because of them, I will never do another big trip without a local tour company. I went on a group trip with Travel Time Africa in December 2024 in Ghana, and it was a great experience. I felt very taken care of & safe. All of the tour guides were knowledgeable and caring (shoutout to Diana and Mordecai!). I would 100% go on another trip with them. They managed all of our group dynamics very well and we had a blast! What an incredible experience we just had with Travel Time Africa! From my first email to Mordecai, to my last drop off, it couldn't have gone any smoother. Mordecai did such a great job at communicating with me throughout the entire process, and had great insights on visa questions, as well as hotel and itinerary suggested. We started off with 2 amazing days in Abidjan, the capital of Ivory Coast, where we saw some really cool spots. We then were well taken care off in Benin for 2 days, followed by 1 day in Lomé Togo, where we experienced the unique cultural differences there. The guides were amazing, and the itinerary well planned in advance. We finished the trip with a full day tour of Accra, where we saw as much as we could in one day. Our driver David picked us up on time at the Togo border, and drove us safely to the capital. There, our outstanding guide Diana went above ahx beyong to show us her beautiful city. I can't thank Mordecai and his team enough for such a wonderful experience. We will be back soon!

We had a great time yesterday visiting Kakum National Park and Elmina Castle with Travel Time Africa. The driver Mordecai arranged for us, Ernest, was incredibly kind and professional as well. We loved spending time with him and getting to know him. Both Mordecai and Ernest were fun and a joy to be around! We spent over a week with Mordecai and Ernest. They took us all over Accra and surrounding areas and helped us throughout the trip, even negotiating for us in the markets! Mordecai even went above and beyond expectations by taking pictures and videos of our group and creating fun videos for us each day. He did this on his own time, after he left us each day. We were blown away by this unexpected gift. If you want to see Ghana and feel like you’ve traveled with dear friends, I highly recommend Travel Time Africa. The Eastern region tour with Travel Time Africa was a very interesting experience, we visited the famous Aburi botanical gardens, Tettey Quarshie cocoa farms, the Boti waterfalls, the Umbrella rock, and the famous three-headed palm tree. Travel Time Africa made our tour very seamless - from picking us up at our hotel, to making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip, to getting us snacks and drinks, the engaging and informative conversations, dealing with our little shenanigans along the way and safely bringing us back to our hotel in Accra. It was an overall good time. Mr. Mordecai was very prompt with his responses to enquiries and flexible with his payment options and arrangements. Mr. Saka was a very good, patient and friendly host (takes the best pictures and videos too...lol) and the driver, Mr. Seeman was very professional at his job....hopefully I get to do more tours with them in the future....I 10/10 recommend their services for Ghanaian tours!!
