Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

1. Minimum Participants: Shared tours require a minimum of 3 confirmed participants to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, TTA may reschedule or cancel the tour and provide the applicable refund or alternative arrangement. 2. All travelers must carry a valid passport or government-issued ID where required. 3. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 4. TTA reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, attraction availability, traffic, road conditions, or safety concerns. 5. Personal expenses, souvenirs, and additional drinks are not included unless specifically stated in the tour package. 6. Tips for guides and drivers are optional but appreciated. 7. Travel insurance is recommended to cover unexpected travel-related expenses. 8. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by TTA. 9. Late Arrival: Guests who arrive late for a scheduled departure may miss part or all of the tour, and refunds may not be available. 10. No-Show: Failure to arrive for the tour without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. 11. Pickup Information: Guests are responsible for providing accurate pickup details and being ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
