There is no alternative for me to spend a beautiful relaxed day at my favorite beach. mmm.. That white beautiful grainy sand touching my heart when I lay in the sun feeling the breeze of the beautiful ocean.
This is probably the kind of best vacation you and I could ever have. Oh yeah, I can see already how you’re imagining the way I love to be at the beach. In fact, wish I can stay beside the beach forever. Would love to mention just three of my fave I go to even when on budget.
Bojo Beach
Woke up one day on a super sunny day and the sun was so hot on my skin. At the same time, I was thinking about going to a place where my body and heart could be cooled down by the breeze and the fresh air around. Thought of Bojo beach. I arrived there and had a quite long walk on the sand. That was fun though! Moreover, waited for the canoe to arrive and picked me up to cross the river.
Guess what? then to its nearby beach. I wanted to spend the day with sand between my toes, soaking up some sand and enjoying the fruity drink been given to me as one of their services.
Besides being served on the seat, they also got beautiful life band, hotel and restaurant for anyone who would love to.
Unlike other beaches I’ve been to and didn’t like probably because of its unclean state, Bojo is surrounded by cleanliness. Along its fine sand, I can find the perfect drinks I love, including beer and cocktails of my choice. No indecent behavior or crime is been reported there.
After spending the day on the beach, it was very refreshing to hang out around the river swinging for a bit before getting ready to go home.
The beach is so serene you can enjoy your peaceful moment there just like I did. No matter what scene you want, you can find it there.
You can pick up a taxi or an Uber from anywhere in Accra and it’ll take you there safely without delay.
To be honest, I love Bojo beach so much I’ve been there more than 3 times. Make a trip to Bojo beach and you’ll love it to the max.
The Next Beach i’ll be talking about is Muuston Beach, also close to the previous one (Bojo Beach ).
Muuston Beach
Few months ago, I took a break from my daily activities and searched online another nice beach I could visit on budget and still have fun. That’s how I came across Muuston beach in Accra off Kokrobite beach road. I spent most of the day there relaxing, enjoying my grilled goat meat and chatting with my boyfriend. It was just perfect!
The weather, the sea and the receptionist were so cool to talk to. Muuston beach got a guest house for their visitors. Unlike Bojo beach, Muuston is one the beaches you can take your own food and drinks to if you want without being bothered.
I also love the fresh breeze and waves of the sea at Muuston which makes me want to stay the whole day walking and exploring the area.
The spicy grilled kebab being given to us by Abokyi a local name given to men who prepare roasted or grilled meat to sell) makes me come back for more.

Kumasamba La Bamba Night Beach
It was my first time at Kumasamba La Bamba beach at Labadi. I call it ” the night beach” because my first time going there was at night with my boyfriend. 🙂
I took some few pictures but had to share only two of them because they weren’t that clear 🙂
Trust me, it was super great! I could hear of the beautiful smell of the sea at that night, beautiful lights surrounded the place. Super white grainy sand you can just lay on. Moreover, super clean washroom to make yourself comfortable.
Kumasamba La Bamba is a gorgeous bar at the beach feauturing classic and specialty in different types of cocktails, drinks and different local delicacies too. I ate Banku with tilapia with my sweetheart on my 3rd day of going there and I loved the food. They got great waiter/waitress who are very polite and professional. They come to your service right after seated.
I wish I had more photos of the beach to show you. You need to come there and see for yourself how great Kumasamba La Bamba Beach is.
